Design contract stage
- Identify the current status of the site. Inspect, measure and photograph the site.
- Communicate with the customer regarding his/her ideas, habits, and goals.
- Identify the basic demands and range of budget of the customer and record the discussion.
- Draft the customer demands and terms of contract.
- Notify the customer of any precautionary issues that they should pay attention to.
- Initiate drawing of floor plan and schedule meetings with the customer to discuss the plan.

Preliminary design stage
- Introduce the floor plan, style of design, and the grades of construction materials to be used.
- Discuss the floor plan and decide whether changes should be made.
- Sign the design contract as soon as the final version of floor plan is confirmed. The customer will make payment for the first phase of design at this time.
- Introduce the elevation, material samples, color arrangements and preliminary costs.

step 3
Detailed design stage
- Complete the elevation and confirm the materials. The customer will make payment for the second phase of design at this time.
- Provide the actual construction sizes, quantities and materials and selection of accessories. Draw up a budget form as a reference for discussing the final version of the design.

step 4
Construction design stage
- Provide complete construction charts and the standards for construction materials to be used to facilitate construction. The customer will make payment for the third phase of design at this time.
- Revise the construction budget form and propose an official quote. After discussion and reaching an agreement with the customer, a construction contract can be signed immediately.
- The customer will make payment for the first phase of construction and monitoring at this time.
- Draw up schedules for a construction timeline and implementation timeline for each type of construction as well as the estimated completion date.
- Arrange meetings with the customer to go over the details for groundbreaking, and exchange keys to the house in order to facilitate construction.

step 5
Construction monitoring stage
- Carry out construction in accordance with confirmed construction charts and pre-determined materials. Monitor and manage the progress of construction.
- Keep in touch with the customer to provide timely updates on construction progress.
- Monitor the construction personnel and the construction quality when inspecting improvements in details.
- The customer will make payment for the second phase of construction and monitoring halfway through construction.

step 6
Completion of construction
- Upon completion of construction, the customer will make payment for the third phase of construction and monitoring.
- Notify the customer for site inspection. Maintenance and warranty will be included in the construction quote.
- Upon completion of inspection, turn over the house to the customer, who will make payment for the fourth phase of construction and monitoring at this time.
- Assist the customer in moving. Take photos of the house with permission from the customer.
- Both parties celebrate the completion of construction.
